Saving and loading configuration presets

Presets let you save your full Apartment Sheets configuration — parameter mappings, crop settings, titleblock assignments — and reuse them across projects or share them with colleagues.

Saving a preset

1. 1Configure Apartment Sheets as needed for your project.
2. 2Click Save Preset in the settings panel.
3. 3Give the preset a name and click Save.
4. 4Presets are stored as files you can copy and share.

Loading a preset

1. 1Click Load Preset.
2. 2Browse to the preset file.
3. 3The configuration is applied immediately — review before generating.

Project-specific overrides

You can save overrides at the project level that take precedence over company-wide defaults. This lets you maintain a shared baseline while allowing per-project adjustments.
